This is a photograph of a painting by Mohammad Bakhsh Nakash, Chutta Bazar, Lahore, painted in 1880. The image depicts Maharaja Ranjit Singh surrounded by his courtiers and attendants. The persons depicted have been identified in the inscriptions below the image.
